Not sleeping well this week, on a pretty strong round of steroids. That's messed up my sleep. This is a weird one, can't fall asleep, and don't want to wake up after I do. But I feel good during the day...

Of those options, I would much rather have snow, too! Here, we get snow during the night which melts during the day. The melt then freezes at night. If it snows again, then it's on top of ice. With all our hills and bridges, it makes for treacherous driving!

Unfortunately the ice came and fortunately no power outages. I will not have to drive until this afternoon.

Happy Thursday!!! Sleeping decently at the outta-town crib, but the i-net sucks. Meh. First payday, so bills were done over the first cuppa. Expense check for my 3 days of January should be a long next week. A body could get used to this.

I was up at 4 to give the old dog his meds and then fell back to sleep. Otherwise I might have caught the elusive Lili and punished her with a feather massage.

How are others doing in this crappy icy weather? Be safe and try to stay warm.

I go this afternoon to have the biopsy of the prostate. I heard it’s quick and not painful. I am taking Tylenol with me to get ahead of any pain. And my GF is going with me for moral support. I am glad she is part of my life.

You have options. Can a bridge be used? Or a partial? You can also see if you miss the tooth before you decide on what you want to do to replace it. However, as my hygienist said to me, "each tooth needs its buddy" meaning the top tooth and the bottom are meant to meet.

Yep- we’ll see. I have to get the tooth removed first and get evaluated by the oral surgeon.
