trump announces that the US will take over the Gaza strip... move all Palestinians out of it now it's "a hellhole" and into neighbouring countries (which is thanks to Israeli & American working together to clear out Palestinians). He says the US will clear the bombs, the rubble, and make it into another Riviera... highly desirable for all 'people of the world' (that means "rich people"). In other words, he's a greedy fuck who wants to develop it into another trump world, make a shit ton of money off the elite he sees flocking to the area, and keeps netanyahu happy because there'll be no Palestinians (poor ones, at least) to make the place look untidy.

As for legalities, he doesn't seem interested in those.
