These stories always make me want to hop back in to 14, but it's too huge.. and i suck at mmo rotations. I really loved the base game and first 2 expansions, especially when you got to the end and the game was like "okay we're now going to play 30 minutes of cutscenes because story is everything. Strap in!"

I fell in love withTonberries in ff8, the "doink" made me giggle like a madwoman 😅

You should! And @EricaAnna and @SWR101 should too! There are a few classes/jobs where rotations are much less of an issue. Heavensward expansion was great, but Shadowbringers and Endwalker are probably even more epic!

And each expansion has at least a couple long runs of cutscenes toward the end and almost-end of the expansion’s initial MSQ content drop, then again at the end of the final patch’s endgame MSQ for that expansion. The end of Endwalker’s initial MSQ was fucking bonkers, I was laughing sooooo hard I probably cried 🤣 I haven’t finished Dawntrail yet, but it has TACOS! 🌮🌮🌮

I would if I could but I can't.. It's such a massive time commitment, and my backlog is insane. Still haven't finished the last Like A Dragon game, and a new one releases in a few weeks! Also FF7Rebirth... and like 4 other big games releasing next month. I'm going to be set for the entire year! Maybe more! Adding an MMO is literally asking to cut the final strands of my social life 😂

(As seen in one of my in-game apartments I decorated as a Yucatán-inspired suite. The current expansion is set in Latin American-inspired lands, from Mexican to South American areas, and one 1800s Wild West-style area)

In case anyone is wondering, this is what the empty apartments look like before decorating. Plain box, 3 squares wide, 4 squares deep, 3 windows opposite the door, rest of the walls plain wood paneling, annoying columns in-between. Photo yoinked off the interwebz.

I love decorating! I have 1 medium house, 2 small cottages, 4 apartments and 4 private quarters inside the Free Company estate, and have helped decorate 2 FC estates and several friends’ houses in the past. In addition to Yucatán, I also have 1 that’s Japanese-inspired, a beach cottage, a TARDIS, an art gallery, a 50s diner, a fashion boutique a moogle-themed room and a carbuncle-themed room, among others!
