You need to go the snowbird route. Winter in the south when the north turns to a frozen hell scape, summer in the north when your neck of the woods turns into a sweaty devil's asshole. Which is February or so, last I recalled...

Near the southern coast of Maine is where some of my family is. It is is gorgeous there! But, yea, too pricy and too icy for me still. Visiting and then leaving after I get my fill is still the way to go
