No onions? Onion powder.
No garlic? Granulated garlic.

Kids today don't have a clue how much fun it was to use a map or some vague direction written on the back of a gas station receipt. Stupid accurate apps on your phone.

My wife always hated us road tripping. Not only could I read a map, I could fold it back into the original form! The kid couldn't read a map in the car: He got car sick way too easily.
A niece was a Ranger in Yellowstone. She would always, ALWAYS, have to remind visitors that they are NOT fluffy cows!!
