I've actually DM'd a few folks because I'm genuinely curious. Turns out, they like it because though this site has millions of members, it's actually kind of an obscure part of the interwebs not many people frequent, plus, there's no algorithm at play, forcing posts in their feed. It may be a hateful, vitriolic corner of this forum, but they love the authenticity that you can't find many other places

I find it an excellent source of red flags. Helps narrow down the pool

Dare I tell you that I have two phones, and my other is an iPhone? Oh, and if I really want to stir controversy, (@Bry1313 , cover your ears, In dint want you to cry) I find the Samsung to be far superior in about 80% of its functions. iPhone has much better talk to text, and you can use tenor gifs on this site. I like iPhone camera better, but the editing on Samsung is a breeze.

And that's also part of why I won't. I will happily engage these discussions with people I'm confident know me. Because if they don't, a slightly misworded remark can come across so poorly.

I get that, but they are so vile to each other in their "debates" it always made me wonder if they are here because their behavior got them kicked of all the other platforms. 😂

I carried 2, one for work, one for business. I HATED the iPhone. I don't bother with the debate over which is better - it's preference for most people, so I just don't care to comment (spoiler, Apple uses some Samsung hardware) 😄

I loved every Samsung I've ever had, but I prefer the Pixel phones for their lack of bloatware.

Pixel watch 2 is disappointing though.

I was going to get one of those but the guy at the store waved me off. Said folks were having issue with the fold wearing out quick.
I still kind've regret not getti g it anyway. That thing looked cool.

this is my 2nd. My first has a screen issue, and Samsung fixed it quickly. It last two years, no problems. My new one is about 6 months old, no problems so far

I only chime in for women's issues. And, when I'm being really sassy, I like to make the incels cry. I'm incredibly difficult to argue with because I don't get upset or lose my temper when people lose their shit. I get very calm, very collected, which makes it fun & easy when they get all emotional.

Yeah, that is why I avoid it. Especially here.
I can easily tolerate debating with or even being corrected by someone I have found some reason to respect.
But .. everyone else.. I just know myself. I can't.
I will go straight silverback and if their are only sharp enough to sling an insult, I will just lose my shit.

So I am arm's distance with it.
