Heya!

Hope this thread doesn't exist yet. But as you might guess from the title, I'm still a virgin. I'd love to hear your tips and tricks to make sure I get a girl off. How to finger her, to eat her out, to fuck her...
I'd love to hear about your experiences too!

Don't go into the moment thinking you a pornstar, she will have her thoughts on sex just as much as you do so don't be trying to bend her over the kitchen table pounding like the Hulk.

Take time plenty of kissing and fondling, linking fingers. (Hand sex is never discussed enough) you both will know when it's time

That's a very good point. It takes time to warm up, her as well as me

Any partner you will be with for your first time will know you are a novice. Don't try to pretend otherwise, you won't succeed. Just be honest and ask them for guidance. The person you are with will be the very best person to tell you how to approach things that will work for them. It can take some people years before they realise that simply asking questions, listening very carefully to the replies and paying close attention to how your efforts are being received can be the very best place to start.

As the years go by and you have more partners never stop asking what works for each and every one. Communication is right at the forefront for enhancing sex and romance to the highest of levels.

Make effort in your appearance and of your surroundings. Let her know how special you feel for being in her company. (ha, but don't be an annoying puppy dog chasing her around)

As Buffy47 alluded to sex starts long before intercourse, cherish each and every moment of the journey.

Be confident enough of yourself to ask your partner questions for what you don't know, listen with care and be wise for what you learn. Check in with your partner from time to time that they are enjoying how the intimacy is proceeding.

Be willing to laugh at yourself or as a couple if it all turns upside down - just start again with a smile on your face.

For oral sex, you can refer to the book, "She Comes First" by Ian Kerner, PhD (Harper Collins, 2004). You can also click on the "About Me" link in my forum signature below to access my non-profit, information only website, which provides information to bridge the sex knowledge gap.

Just be aware that this question isn't answerable by any sorts of "knowing how to do sex" type answers.

The way you'll please your girlfriend the most, and any subsequent lover you have in the future, is by being willing to talk and listen in real time while you're together intimately.

Sensitivity isn't in the fingers and tongue anywhere near as much as it is in the ears and heart.

Trust her to show you if you show her she can trust you to be shown.

All good advice so far, especially regarding verbal communication, but I'd like to add a bit...

Treated properly, the ENTIRE BODY is an erogenous zone. I can't stress this enough... Take your time to show her that, from head to toe, that she's got way more than just tits pussy and ass.
There's actually "zones" in the feet, tied into every other body part.

Pay FULL ATTENTION to her reactions, learning her favorite erogenous zones (and possible "no-go" zones accordingly) from said reactions...

The words "sensual" and "sensuous" have very different meanings, so LEARN them both, and learn WHEN to use the different approach of said acts....
...that said, if you cum too soon, DON'T allow that to be a "buzzkill"... simply continue to spoil her, making her know and feel that she's your sole interest in the world during this time...
Best of luck and enjoyment!

Make love to her first... then, if she wants to be "fucked" fulfill that for her too... read her reactions.

You could also look into edging, which you can use to delay your ejaculation until she cums. That way, both partners can cum at about the same time. By the way, only 18% of women can orgasm through penetration sex alone; therefore, you need to find out what makes her clitoris sing, and use it to stimulate her clitoris during penetration sex with a finger or a bullet vibrator. She can do the clitoris stimulation while riding your penis reverse cowgirl style, or it can be done by you are her missionary style.

So in threads like this, most people’s first time are not their best sexual moments. 😂 (I sincerely mean that… it gets a lot better… but we all have to start somewhere and it may be a bit clumsy.

My first time was awkward. I tried to please her, but I was probably fairly clumsy. I actually never came. But she was a lovely person.

My only two pieces of advice are
1) to go slow and enjoy yourself.
2) porn is not real. Just be yourself.
3) practice makes perfect!!!

Enjoy and good luck!

That's a very helpful website!
I am glad to be of help. It represents a lot of research, and it has footnote references for all of the material. The links to the material can be reached by clicking on the References menu item, looking for the footnote number, and clicking on the link. Some of the YouTube links may require you to login to YouTube.

Good advice so far on here.

I would just add one important point:
Sex isn't all about the orgasms. It can be a wonderful intimate experience without reaching that particular result. So don't stress about 'getting her off' - it's much more of a sliding scale for women than for men, and it's very common for us not to have an orgasm every time we have sex. Just make sure she is enjoying every step of it :)

I just want to say this was the best set of instructions I have seen and it was awesome!

My first experience was not that great honestly. Being a cis woman my first time was pretty painful. I don't think that's every cis woman's experience but it was certainly mine. It really hurt. I don't think sex started getting good For me until recently honestly. I mean I've had good sex but these days I'm having great sex.

However, if you wish to have sex with a woman for the first time and she is also into it, be gentle with her. Sometimes it helps to just cuddle for a while you know and if you make out you know ask her you know can I touch you here or what have you maybe massage your nipples a little that'll really arouse her if it does. But be gentle. Ask her if she is okay with What is happening and make sure that she verbalizes the word "yes" or f*** yes or whatever it is she's going to say. Foreplay is the best way to start. Because you want to both be aroused but she needs to be just as aroused. But most of all communicate.

Perfect answer. There's no one technique that works for everyone, what you need to do is talk, listen and just occasionally act on your instincts.

I've had partners who like the traditional romantic approach, lots of gentle foreplay and slow lovemaking, and some who need a lot of hard physical sensation, finger-fucking and domination even to the point of pain, but the key is listening to what she's telling you either verbally or with her body.
