The parks have days when we go try to tear as much of it out as we can. I hate yard work, but I sign up for those.
Mosquitos are also are a big reason the rainforests still exist. Humans cannot be trusted to mange the ecosystem reliably.
Considering I'm allergic to them, I agree they need to go. I want to enjoy my summers outside, not being eaten alive.

Some eat mostly bugs, some eat mostly fruit, some turn into European guys in tuxes and drink blood.
When we bought our house it and the yard were covered with ivy. Some of the vines were as thick as your wrist. It took several years to get rid of it to the point where it's just a few patches. It actually pulled off drainpipes and shutters and damaged the chinking between the bricks.
I definitely don't think humans can be trusted for anything. Lol.

Bats can eat gnats. I agree with the rainforests and I'm all for saving them but the mosquitoes aren't needed for their survival. They are passionate about me.
