Whyyy do Chicagoans find this to be so damn funny to visitors? A military wifey friend here restocks bottles whenever they go home and whenever someone visits for the first time here, they’re sooo excited to give us unknowing fuckers a taste of it for their own entertainment

I'm not a Chicagoan proper, but live about an hour and a half outside the city. And have worked in the outer 'burbs. Just for context.
