But American military personnel never had to follow any "illegal orders" to carry that out. We're not into war-crimes territory here. No, but illegally our military has interfered in sovereign nations and sponsored coups.

WOW, here you are pontificating on owning a gun when Biden just pardoned his son for an FLA violation and any crimes that he committed while enriching his father and family more than 10 years ago. HUH, what are they hiding? The only reason I'm saying this is that it shows that you are woefully ignorant and more than likely a Democrat and a big city person where multiple shootings happen at a rate higher than the Iraq war. We use our guns for sport hunting and protection which of course you wouldn't know about because you are O B livious. Your demonrat party is letting in undocumented immigrants and drugs and also sex trafficked children. Yet you want to blame us for your ridiculous assumption that we are the problem ....those of us who are law-abiding citizens. I'd say you are the problem with no critical thinking and very uneducated views of the real world except in your own HOOD. You have a tiny view of reality and I think you are the problem in this worldThis country's love affair with guns is revolting. ..And we're so far gone we don't see it for what it is - a twisted, psychotic fetish.
To think there are millions of American's who consider gun play a hobby, a lifestyle, or an activity around which the family spends time bonding - as though celebrating a device engineered to shoot a projectile that pierces skin, bone, and brain was a normal, wholesome thing.
Imagine you moved next door to a guy who, instead of worshipping guns, enjoys brewing poison for killing people and making full-size guillotine replicas. "Don't worry neighbor!" he tells you, "I would never use these on people unless forced to do so! I only use the poison on lab rats and the guillotines on pig carcasses." What would you think of the guy? ..You would think he was fucking nuts. ..But worshipping weapons that can kill multiple people from hundreds of yards away in a matter of seconds? Spending weekends at gun clubs showing off their arsenal and debating accuracy and stopping power with fellow nut-jobs? .Nope! nothing to see here people. ..He's just a normal American celebrating his birthright.
Are guns a necessity? ..Of course they are... for law enforcement and military personnel.
Don't do whataboutism.WOW, here you are pontificating on owning a gun when Biden just pardoned his son for an FLA violation
You are an idiot.Your demonrat party is letting in undocumented immigrants and drugs and also sex trafficked children.
GAM, what in sam hell got into you to step on dog crap and didn't notice the stink coming off your footsteps down the road. Any rifle could have made that shot. But there you are giving into the mainstream media manipulation of semiauto rifles. Not much critical thinking there and not much familiarity with firearms period. Grow a brain please it's people like you that make America look stupidIf a civilian hadn't been given access to an assault rifle (and no civilian has a reason to need one), there would not have been an assassination attempt on Donald Trump on Saturday.
Talk about fetishizing . . .Happiness is hitting a 18x9 steel plate at a 1000 yds with a cold bore shot.
Considering that technically a revolver can be considered a "semi-automatic" since one trigger pull = one round fired without needing to manually reload or cycle the firearm, you are woefully overreaching. No civilian has any legitimate use for an automatic or semiautomatic rifle. That's much more firepower than you need for home defense, and it would be unsporting to use it to hunt.
You are not judge and jury to determine what the 2nd ammendment allows. No civilian has any legitimate use for an automatic or semiautomatic rifle. That's much more firepower than you need for home defense, and it would be unsporting to use it to hunt.
I'm not talking about what the 2A allows. Not everything it allows is otherwise legitimate. You are not judge and jury to determine what the 2nd ammendment allows.
Doesn't matter in the least what you think is legitimate.I'm not talking about what the 2A allows. Not everything it allows is otherwise legitimate.
While rifles are more accurate at ranged shooting, you can have yourself a dandy little school massacre within the confines of a school classroom full of soft targets with a Glock 17 or Glock 19 pistol, which comes with a 17-round capacity magazine (bigger magazines are, of course, available). Even if you only hit half your targets, that should be enough to dominate the 24-hour news cycle.Considering that technically a revolver can be considered a "semi-automatic" since one trigger pull = one round fired without needing to manually reload or cycle the firearm, you are woefully overreaching.

I'm a 1911 type guy. I think they're safer to carry concealed. For my EDC I'm still rocking my Kimber Ultra CDP II .45 ACP. It comes out of their custom shop and is a quality pistol. The only thing I'd say is to replace the stock magazines with Wilson Combat magazines. You'll get flawless performance.I saw one of the new Operator AOS's at the local shop today.......

Might have to pick one up in GAWDZ caliber as St. John Moses Browning intended the 1911 to be.
Not that there is anything wrong with that I just wish they had them in 10mm so I could have both.![]()
Do you actually know anything about the Hatfields and MCoys? The problem with the US is that people have forgotten about the Hatfields and McCoys.
And so has the government.
You need to just shut up. The Founders in crafting the Constitution left in the hands of the citizenry firearms weaponry of the same technology as the British Army they defeated. No civilian has any legitimate use for an automatic or semiautomatic rifle. That's much more firepower than you need for home defense, and it would be unsporting to use it to hunt.
The bottom line is it was deadly.Do you actually know anything about the Hatfields and MCoys?
The famous feud was political.
Sid Hatfield, the prolabor sheriff portrayed here, was the heir to the Hatfield tradition of defending the Union.
That's THIS Union.
Discussing insurrection, terrorism, civil war, firearms, sex, food, books, movies, religion, gender etc. is best done on a basis of verifiable knowledge.

UltraChud and its chud pals want to show off their failure to finish ESL.This is just feelings based ignorance and fear.
At least he has an interest in something other than being a nosey as fuck Karen all up in everyone else's bidnizz.
Probably why the vast majority of gun violence including mass shootings is done with pistols.
Makes you wonder what the (D)ipshit obsession with rifle bans is.

For humans gifted with intelligence and reason, this issue is extremely simple.
Amendment 2 to the U.S. Consutilution states the necessity for a well-regulated militia.
Exactly. All they had in mind was single-shot muzzle-loading muskets. You need to just shut up. The Founders in crafting the Constitution left in the hands of the citizenry firearms weaponry of the same technology as the British Army they defeated.
You're really not doing much, here, to refute the OP's thesis about revolting fetishization of firearms. That makes you a better human than Tupperware toting soy boyz

Wilson Combat and Chip McCormick mags are all I run![]()
Kimber makes some solid products at a relatively good price for sure. I haven't really looked at compacts in a bit....tis the season for full size and long slides, but I'll definitely feel one of those CDP's up they look snazzy and good for concealing in the "de-cock'er" position.
Then why did they write down "arms" ??Exactly. All they had in mind was single-shot muzzle-loading muskets.

They had no way to know other kinds would be invented. It really is just that simple. Then why did they write down "arms" ??
