Sacaton woman goes bottomless at Headquarters Bar, a — literal — sticky situation​

Maricopa Police Department dispatchers at lunchtime Tuesday received a report from an employee at the restaurant that Cindy K. Coffin was not only trespassing but urinating all over their building.

When officers arrived at Headquarters, 19640 N. Maricopa Road, they found the 54-year-old passed out on a bench near the front door with her pants down “below her buttocks,” a pool of liquid directly beneath her and an opened Four Loko nearby.

The employee who made the report told police that Coffin had been trespassed from the restaurant in September of 2023.

The staffer noted that when Coffin had entered the building, she confronted her. Coffin then proceeded to exit the building, pull her pants down and start urinating.
