I have an Ativan prescription for acute anxiety and panic attacks. It's also very helpful for sleepless nights, especially the ones where the nightmares keep me awake. I've never tried gummies of any sort (except for haribo), but I suspect my meds are quite a bit stronger.

I took one last night after tossing and turning until 2am. I'd still be sleeping if I didn't have to go to work today.

Work is stupid.

You didn't ask me but weed in general make me sleepy. As does alcohol but alcohol doesn't help keep me asleep like weed does.

A couple months ago, I tried a grummy branded as a sleep gummy. Its 5mg thc and 1 mg of cbn. It knocks me out, keeps me asleep, and Im not tired or groggy when I wake up. I don't want to be totally dependent on it so I only take it on the weekends. It also gets me high but I'm usually passed out before I get too high on it.

I actually sleep the best when my allergies are bad and I take a Benadryl but I risk waking up groggy with Benadryl.

When I could, and when I can again............
Gummies always caused me to wake up feeling refreshed.
I enjoy 20mg

As an adult lifetime user of marijuana, it warms my heart to see more people educating theyselves and using the plant for the wonderful ways it can help. Not the least being lessening the use/abuse of pharmaceuticals and alcohol.
