America, he said, "used to be an example of freedom, equality, democracy. The reality is different now."

"To condemn both sides seems strange when one side are Nazis," he remarked.

"The US used to be the leader in fighting racism."

"We don't learn from the mistakes of history," he worried. "It's happening everywhere," he said. "But (leaders) not condemning it, that doesn't happen everywhere."

Those are just some of the comments people in the Netherlands had to say about the con artist's limp-wristed comments, almost an apology, for the terror attack in Charlottesville. Even worse remarks came from traditional allies of the U.S.

Germany's De Welt reported the "clarification," from the White House with a headline that dripped with sarcasm: "Naturally, the president also means the Neo-Nazis."

France's daily Le Monde described Trump's history of "complacency" before the extreme right, while Belgium's Le Soir speculated that Trump "cultivates ambiguity" to avoid angering his base.

Matthew Norman, of The Independent, had perhaps the most notable opinion regarding the con artists' non-statement:

As for the question of whether it's politics or ideology that motivates Trump's reticence, he saw little moral escape. "Which is more repulsive," he asked, "someone who genuinely admires Hitler, or someone who cynically courts that person for electoral advantage." The choice, he said, is too bleak to contemplate.

As a direct of the spineless, yellow bellied administration which continues to make apologies for Russia's attacks on its neighbors, the seizing of its neighbors lands and propping up a dictator who gasses his own people, confidence in the United States has plummeted. According to a recent Pew poll, only 22% of the people surveyed in 37 countries have confidence in the U.S. The Dutch have even less. Only 17% have confidence in the con artist compared to 92% when Obama was in office.

If the con artist is trying to "make America great again", he sure is taking the long route.

When the other side is a bunch of communist shit heads I don't see how.

Oh wait he's a socialist...of course he's OK with the left being violent, just like all the lefties in the US.

It's somehow OK when their team does it!

Oh noes!!! The parasite brigade doesn't like the fact that they aren't in control anymore.

Also....Why don't they do something about Russia?

The USA is just a bunch of knuckle dragging racist rednecks not worth the shit on their european shoes.

Fuck them all I hope Putin and ISIS but fuck Europe into the stone ages.

I don't understand how Liberals can hear one sentence and find a completely different meaning in it. I don't. Really.

Trump said UNEQUIVOCALLY that he condemned the white supremacists, the neo nazi's and other racist groups. He said it SEVERAL TIMES. He said it over a decade ago. He said it on the campaign trail. He said it Monday. And Tuesday. And today.

But, somehow the narrative on the left is that he is endorsing racism. They use his sentence that "there were good people on both sides" as some sort of false proof that this means he endorsed racism.

This is a bald faced lie.

The original protesters were peaceful. They had a permit and conducted their vigil quietly and calmly. There were a few counter demonstrators there too. They were also peaceful and obeyed the law. Then the hate groups arrived and went at it with each other.

So, in the beginning, there were good people on both sides of the issue protesting and redressing their government as they had a right to. There were also bad people on both sides who were there only for the violence and dissension they could sow.

In this, Trump spoke the TRUTH and did not endorse racism or violence. He, in fact, called for the end of the violence and for the people to unite together. But, this is not the false narrative of the left. Their narrative ignores facts in favor of lies to the gullible or mentally infirm.

And you not only swallowed it, you repeated it. Which makes you both gullible and mentally infirm.

There's a whole lot that you don't understand about a whole lot of things. It's hardly worth anyone's time and effort to help you with that, though.

Does America deserve to be nuked by North Korea? It sounds like you think it does.

Anyone in the world who is equating the United States with either Trump or the current White House isn't a deep thinker.

I watched that clusterf*ck of a press briefing. It was a pretty lackluster 'condemnation'.
When you say 'What happened was a horrible horrible moment for our country' (because, you know, someone was killed) it really should be followed up by a qualifying '... but ...'.

I don't understand how Liberals can hear one sentence and find a completely different meaning in it. I don't. Really.

Were the good people the ones carrying torches, or the ones shouting anti-Jew slogans? How many ancient Indian mystics were airing out their swastika tattoos?

AIN'T THE SHARPEST TOOL IN THE SHED
Donald Trump’s Remaining Fans: Haters and Losers

Before he was President, Trump loved giving shout-outs to the ‘haters and losers’ on Twitter. And that’s who showed up in Charlottesville.

There’s a large overlap between the alt-right and the so-called “Gamergate” harassment campaign that ruined the internet in fall 2014. Its proponents claimed that they stood against political correctness, which they perceived was keeping them from being great. Its victims, mostly women, found themselves subjected to a barrage of abuse, including death threats. Many women on which Gamergate set its sights feared for their safety. Vice’s Motherboard observed earlier this year that old Gamergate boards, once hotbeds for the movement’s mob activism, were now mostly populated by alt-right and pro-Trump ideas.

Recent research has shown that low-status men are much more likely to bully women online. “Men who are afraid of losing their position in a hierarchy to a woman may be lashing out, leaning on the most stereotypical traits because they have the effect of reducing a woman’s power,” wrote the journal that published the study.

The online bullies, the low-status losers threatened by women, are the core of the alt-right. Again, haters and losers embodying a tradition of hate and loss in their personal lives. Unite The Right, the biggest alt-right gathering in years, may as well have called Loserpalooza.
How many trolls here are low-status males?

This is the new media game that is being played to entertain America, since the media can't talk about Russiagate anymore. The number of actual fascist douchebags in America is statistically insignificant, yet they are the talk of the town.

You do live in your own little isolated wishful bubble, don't you? Go on thinking such crap. Let the world just pass you by.

Wrong.

Russia is an ongoing thing. It rises up to a fever pitch at regular intervals when some new tidbit is leaked to the press--like Mueller raiding Manafort's house. Then it dies down until the next new thing is leaked. If you notice, these leaks ALWAYS come at strategic times--particularly when Trump hasn't been fucking himself in the ass in public. If something goes well for him or he doesn't say something stupid for a few days, or if he attacks the intelligence agencies, they leak stuff.

He's been doing such an AWESOME job of screwing himself this week they didn't need to.

I think that you are on to something here -- the whole thing is highly orchestrated. But it's not because Trump is a racist, or a commie. There are reasons why he is being dogpiled which are entirely unrelated to all the shrieking in the press.

Steven Mnuchin has not said anything publicly about (...) [Emperor Carrot's] remarks.

Mnuchin is more dangerous than the wannabe Nazis.

"commie." How precious that anyone is so out of touch to still be talking about anyone in the United States as being interested in communism.

One's a lone-wolf attack, in a time when that's happening fairly frequently, and the other is set in a riot, in what is building up to be a trend with ramifications that go all the way to the White House. If you can't tell the difference, I wouldn't suggest a career in journalism to you.
