Joshua Sandman writes for The Hill that everything going on right now is going to help Donald Trump win even bigger in 2020! For one thing, presidents who preside over a strong economy are usually re-elected. Secondly, Trump is a master at gaining media attention and dominating the narrative. His days working on reality TV gave him an understanding of what plays well on broadcast media. His unfiltered tweets lay out his agenda, attack his opponents and directly communicate with a national audience.

Trump's political instincts are EXCELLENT! His attacks on "the squad" of four left-leaning House Democrats were a brilliant political strategy. It has bolstered support with his base and succeeded in linking those progressive, anti-American congresswomen directly to the Democratic Party.

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and many other House Democrats had attempted unsuccessfully to restrain "the squad," and Trump took advantage of their failure to pounce on their failure, untimately forcing Pelosi & the Dem-establishment to support those women and mute any criticism of their behavior or radical agenda. Progressives lefties now embrace liberal cultural & social values, including open borders, a globalized economy, extreme environmental policies, government-only medical coverage, and an extensive social safety-net program. These issues are NOT popular with the American people!

President Trump could not hope for a better scenario. He is assured free range among the working class — once the backbone of the Democratic Party coalition. An overlay of voting in counties dominated by the working class in battleground states shows President Obama’s voters now supporting Trump in 2020. Progressive voters will not back a moderate Democratic candidate, while moderate voters will not support a progressive/socialist Democratic candidate. All of this points to a Trump victory in 2020!

The reality is that the Russians did fuck with our elections, but nowhere as grossly as we had fucked over other countries.

There's no evidence that the Russian government did squat. Nor did Mueller attempt to look for any -- he simply repeats assertions made by the professional liars in the CIA. Mueller's investigation never did a forensic analysis of the DNC servers. They took the word of an extremely dubious organization called Crowdstrike. They ignored the analysis by VIPS which found that the material given to Wikileaks was leaked, not hacked. And PRA was not a political organization -- it was a bunch of commercial hustlers in the clickbait business. If Mueller were actually running a legit investigation, the very first thing he would have done would be to interview Julian Assange -- which he refused to do.

I agree with the second part of your sentence. I'm not a Republican. I am extremely unhappy see charlatans like Adam Schiff dragging the Democratic Part to the right of the Repubs.
