Thank you. I appreciate anything - prayers, good thoughts, positive energy ... I believe it all works. :rose:

I've been debating bringing this up here, as it's about one of my kids, but I was hoping you all would pray for my 13 year old. The other day, at a med check, I mentioned to the doctor she'd complained of heart palpitations. Long story, short: the doctor did an ekg and there is something wrong with her heart. We see the specialist on the 15th, so we'll find out how bad this is (or isn't) then.

Thank you.

You got it.

All available appendages crossed and so forth. :heart:

Good thoughts coming your way!

I don't exactly pray, but I will do what I do. And I don't know why you should hesitate to ask. :rose:

Ditto, Gracie. You're in my thoughts.

So glad you brought this up to the doc! Keeping you and yours in my thoughts.

While I was out and about today in the Village I drove by a new (at least to me) waxing establishment. Their name is rather clever bit of advertising! :cattail:

That cat looks familiar. Almost like it was borrowed from a movie. Maybe the one about the mutt and the pretty dog: Lady and the Tramp?

I'm partial to jeweled collars! :catroar:

He he. For once! :D

Well played.

The thing about collars is that they have to be capable of withstanding some unusual conditions that ordinary necklaces rarely experience. For example, let's say that you're engaged in a several-days-long play session as a getaway. You (or the submissive partner, anyway) puts on your collar at the start of the getaway. You'd want to keep it on the whole time, which means subjecting it to showers (for cleaning and possibly other kinds), possible contamination by viscous body fluids, and pulling force if the collar includes a ring for a leash. It's definitely worth considering all these factors, in addition to appearance. Maybe a jeweled leather dog collar would be a good choice? :)

Ungh. Well, dang it, OWY! :eek:

Now I also want a several-days-long play getaway! :catroar::catroar::catroar:

Hmmm. A jeweled leather dog collar sounds like it might fit the bill. Except...what about the shower? Would getting the leather wet be an issue? I bow to your expertise. Since I, sadly, have none of my own! :p

Any well loved collar is going to show signs of wear and tear soon enough. You can have a vinyl one for shower/wet play and a leather one for other times and a bejeweled one for show. To start :D

I don't think that collars should be seen as variants of shoes. Just saying. :p
