Yes, you can approach artists to draw something. You might want to reach out either to Silkstockingslover or HeyAll. They are the two most followed authors at Literotica and they both do illustrated stories by working with other artists who do illustrations for their stories.

It is very much okay to offer artists pay. Some don't have time for commission work but they may still be able to put you in touch with others who do.

I wonder if the Artist Corner people will get on that? I imagine it would take a while for an art submission to go through, since you can't scan them like the stories and actually need to look at the picture.
