In a roundabout way, Micheal Flynn's legal case could help to show the con artist and his cabal committed obstruction of justice. How, you ask? That's the question. So far, the Mueller report has shown multiple times the con artist directly tried to obstruct justice, such as by firing James Comey because he wouldn't stop the Russia investigation. But Flynn's case could show direct evidence for such obstruction, bolstering the case for impeachment.

Judge Emmet Sullivan of the US District Court in DC set a Friday deadline for the Justice Department to make public unredacted portions of the Mueller report that pertain to Flynn, plus transcripts of Flynn's calls with former Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak, and of a voicemail during which someone connected to Trump referenced Flynn's cooperation.

Each of the documents, once made public, could bring revelations about Mueller's work. The transcripts alone could answer lingering questions about what exactly Flynn said to the Russians that caused so much concern among US intelligence and how a message that factored into the obstruction of justice probe into President Donald Trump played out.

The Mueller report quoted a transcript from the phone call:

"t wouldn't surprise me if you've gone on to make a deal with ... the government. ... f ... there's information that implicates the President, then we've got a national security issue, . . . so, you know, . . . we need some kind of heads up,"

Sullivan was originally appointed by Ronald Reagan, and was then elevated to the DC District Court by Bill Clinton. He has a reputation for being a no-nonsense judge who has gone his own way on several occasions, including cases involving government transparency (or lack thereof).

More recently, he dealt losses to the President in a lawsuit brought by congressional Democrats over Trump's business proceeds. The Justice Department is attempting to appeal.

Bill 'Low' Barr declined to honour the Judges ruling as it did not fit his narrative. Will the judge roll over and say, "Fine" or will he find the AG in Contempt and send his ass to jail until he complies?

Will the Judiciary take action after the Congress has refused to? Does anyone in DC have to balls to press charges?
