Agreed, wholeheartedly. More women could have saved themselves if they'd just done that. This doesn't sound like such a drastic situation but that is a bit of advice I believe in very much. If your instinct was wrong, you'll be alive to apologize later. If you're right and you go ahead anyway, you may end up like one of my best friend's sisters, may she rest in peace knowing he's locked up for life.
