One example of institutional racism is police stopping people for being black. Those cops should be fired. Some cases are so egregious. I've watched the video of the cops who stopped the black female DA in Fla. That was despicable, and when the cop realized what he did, he shit his pants. I saw the video of the cops who harassed a black kid handing out campaign literature in Iowa. He was doing nothing wrong whatsoever. They violated his civil rights and arrested him. They should be fired and charged with kidnapping. However, I think "systemic" racism is mostly bullshit.

Could you elaborate on what the vanguard of Black American society will look like? What will be the ethics and mores? Will the nuclear family not exist in this new society? Who will be responsible for raising children? And will the Black society have different standards from White society? I think that the rejection of the traditional nuclear family by the black community accounts for a lot of their difficulty. Single motherhood is a ticket to poverty. Isn't it something like close to 80% of black kids live in single parent households? No male role models for young black men make them easy pickings. I think some schools in my community feed the kids three meals. Why even bother sending them to a "home" where they might not even have a bed? How dare you call me a racist when don't want this for black people? Is the black situation all because of white people because there were slaves almost 200 years ago? I give black people much more credit than that. I'm simply curious what you envision as the changing Black American Society.

The biggest myth is the idea of the self made man/woman who deserves to be compensated with billions of dollars because he/she earned it SOLELY by the sweat of his/her own brow.

Slavery, exploitation of women and child labor in sweatshops, unsafe working conditions in male dominated occupations, wage suppression, corrupt politicians creating tax loopholes for their wealthy donors, a regressive tax code, outright tax fraud, insider trading, predatory and illegal banking practices, etc, etc, etc, etc, are all ways the rich have gotten richer, and yet poor schmucks continue to vote for the politicians who enable them. A minority of voters, along with an outdated electoral college even elected one of those fucks to be president.

Of course, I wouldn't consider Trump a myth, because this nightmare is all too real. I would say he would more aptly be described as a fraud.
