This is funny because we were just discussing this at work the other day. I guess here, the base day care has a work program were they bring in workers from the mainland to come out for two months at a time, similar to WWOOF. They provide barracks rooms and basically only pay enough for food and a little extra. I don't know how they got started but my guys are basically getting new girlfriends every couple of weeks.
