Where I live there are a lot of easily accessible outdoor areas... that formerly became porn settings. I mountain biked through one about 15 years ago.
My friend who is a local park ranger said it had become a problem back then (early- to mid-2000s) after word had gotten around that a porn production company could just drive 15 minutes to the edge of the city, park the truck or van in a real parking lot, and easily carry cameras and props 10 more minutes to a site that appears to be wilderness.
