Follow author's Amazon link not working: can anyone help?

I used the exact ASIN and URL sent by Amazon. When I copy and paste to the corresponding box in the "Support Author" set up page, then click the link to make sure it works I get an error message saying:

Anyone have this happen or know how to fix?
