It took me a while to figure it out too.
Click on post reply. You will see a yellow square with what looks like a mountain on it. Click that and a window wil pop up that says http://. Delete that and paste the url for the picture there.

If you just rightclick on the image and pick copy URL then paste it into the mountain thing above after deleting the http// that will be there it works.

That might probably help. That is probably the step in the process she is missing.
I was a computer illiterate a while back so I know it is easier if you give all the steps.

I usually just right-click on the image itself to isolate it - it will have a web address ending in .jpg, .jpeg or something similar. Go into the text box here on Lit, and enter

and just copy/paste the entire .jpg link within the img tags.

lol I was just about to say that same thing! I see these pics all the time where they are wearing underwear and think to myself, now why in the world would people every wear underwear in the shower? lol
This guy even has jeans on. It would look more natural if they were nude but somehow still sexy which is what the photographer was going for anyway.
