As a writer I always found that I have all the creativity in winter not summer

As a writer I always found that I have all the creativity in winter not summer. As a person too I like winter than summer. But is there a medical explanation for having all the creativity as a writer in winter not in summer ? In other words I can write stories easily and get new ideas easily in winter but I can't in summer so I have to wait with some ideas to the next winter.
I live in Egypt where winter weather is between 20 and 10 Celsius and winter between 35 and 45 Celsius.
