AI Rejection

Sorry for the mini rant, but yes: another AI rejection thread. I have an 8-part (currently) story I've tried having published here and the 2nd part keeps getting rejected for alleged AI use. So, I'm just giving up. I've been writing for over three decades in different capacities and this is simply not worth it. I really like this community and wanted to share my work, but it's honestly insulting to have some strangers make baseless accusations because they don't like where I place a comma or how I structure a passage.

Have you tried talking to @Laurel (via a convo)? If not, I’d try a human to human approach. Received wisdom is that AI submissions are a problem for the site (how big, no one knows). Like most organizations, Lit seems to be struggling with a response.

You may already have tried this, but cut them some slack and see if they reciprocate. Worth a go, if you haven’t already done this.
