Last week we got hitched and now it's time to start the real celebration!

Sally and @BadAmy do St. Thomas

Join us on our epic vacay!

We'll hit the beach for some gorgeous, professional photos...

And you know we're both always looking for a good time...

Hopefully, no one ends up needing medical attention.

And we can't wait to make new friends!

the beachouse was awesome, but the weather got a little tricky.

One afternoon, we went on a drunk party boat!

at one point, they took us ashore for a beach picnic!

we decided to head back to the boat once more.

I felt nauseous and had to try to find my room.

eventually the day came to a close,

Sally had a little trouble getting off. But I was happy to help...

but alas, the rum punch kicked in...

all in all, it was a good day.

our wedding night was almost ruined you know,
because we ate waaaaay too many tacos.

but once we felt better, the next day?


you know it was taco time.

We met a guy who identifies as a sea turtle today. It was such a blessing to watch him hatch and go out to sea.

Sally got the bright idea to go on a hike one morning.
I am not a hiker.

I just wanted to lay on the beach.

but she was rather demanding .

so we went. sober, and I was a bit pissy.

who knew there were jungles on St. Thomas.

sadly, I didnt have the right shoes.

and ultimately, disaster struck.

Thankfully there was a medic nearby...on his bike

he was so helpful, and Sally started flirting.

our companions thought we were crazy, you know the other hikers?
except for this one guy.

the ambulance arrived, finally...

 

[BadAmy]

we made it back home from the hospital

and Sally and the other two guys. remember them?
the EMT and the onlooker..
well the three of them... oh lord.

needless to say, the meds really helped.

Well ya know, we met this really funny guy at the pool yesterday. He said he was going to meet up with us today at the beach, but I never saw him after he said he was going to dive out in the deep end.

Tonight we're sampling the finest cuisines in the area.

And then hitting the beach one more time... Amy is dying to show me some new trick she learned on our yoga ball.

Sigh... Another trip to the emergency room. When will she learn?
