2008 Valentine Story Contest Ideas

the first theme contest of 2008 is:
Valentine's Day
themes: romantic love, Valentine's Day, Cupid, sensuality, etc.
starts: January 20
closes: February 5
winners announced: February 12

first idea I donate is this:

Wife has been teasing hubby for a while about his "work wife"...that special coworker in whom he confides, default lunch partner, etc... well, this year, hubby and "work wife" get sent out of town together over valentines day...

My Idea

How about a husband goes all out to give his wife a wonderful romantic valentines dinner, spending his entire day planning it; while shes off getting romantic with other guys.

He even calls her up while shes out 'buying something for the occasion' to tell her he loves her. But he doesn't know that his timing is horrible, and has caught her while shes fucking his best mate or something. She only answers the phone to play as if she isn't doing anything!

Just my idea..?

sounds too much like real life to me....

Any story I write under this catagory has got to take last prize honors for sure. Just putting anything warped or humorous in this sexually charged day goes totally against the grain. However I will come up with something different no doubt.

Although a spin on that could be a bunch of old people at the old folks home reminiscing about valentines days gone by -- that could work...

Girls Night Out

this year, V Day falls on Thursday.

What about a story about a couple in which the wife always goes out thurs night with her gfs? hubby is disappointed she insists on doing it despite it being V Day. Could be from POV of hubby, imagining what she does;an account of wife's extra cirricular adventures (is this typical? or does she do it because shr knows he's upset?) or wife telling hubby about adventures after she gets home (interspersed with hubby & wife getting frisky?)

while on the swinging theme, how about a swap meet where instead of the guys picking the women's car (or house?) keys out of the bowl, they pick a valentine?

I'd say a coming of age story, but Literotica rules limits us on that.
A "slice of life" story is always nice, say a journey into a virgin's world of firsts, and society's ridicule of this, until someone (slightly older) reveals an entire group of virgins saving it for marriage (of course there's some sneaking around and cheating on this vow of celibacy).
During his stay in VA (Virgins Anonymous is or was actually a real place), he finds a girlfriend to court, and sexual fantasies run wild!

Whenever I think of romance, that's what comes to mind, old fashion courting with slight innuendo, not heavy sexual themes.

Here & I thought you really needed help ..........

I know I shouldn't even bother to say this since nobody will do it, but here is an interesting one I would like to read.

It is a sort of comedy of errors type story, say we have a woman who has finally tracked down the one guy who got away that she cannot get out of her mind, she conversed with him in letters or email and is finally going to go and see him on valentines day. So she is going to fly, but the place has a mechanical problem and she cannot get on any of the other flights that day.

She decides to drive, it is only a four hour drive, calls him while she heads to her car only to find it is gone. Calls the police to file a report, promising to come in to the station later to fill out the paperwork and runs for the car rental places in the airport. They won't let her rent because of the distance. She cannot afford to hire a taxi for the trip, so finally she comes upon the idea of renting a U-haul truck, goes to U-haul to find they are out of trucks except for one of those big ones that are not quite a semi.

She rents this truck, pakcs her luggage into teh truck and goes to leave, only to be stopped because the truck needs repair of some kind, so has to sit there for half an hour while it is repaired. During this time of course she dreams of the things they will do to each other. She is interupted from her fantasy at the best part by the mechanic telling her he is all done and she can go. Excitedly she races to the truck jumps in and drives off.

Part of the way there the truck breaks down, of course she is in the middle of nowhere so starts walking and thumbing for a ride, she's desperate to reach him and can't call anyone on her cell phone. Finally a car pulls over with a younger man driving, he welcomes her in, they are talking for a short while and then he asks for a blowjob. At first she doesn't want to, though he points out there is not much traffic and her getting another ride before dark is slim to none, so she gives him the blowjob.

She reaches the town she was heading for, only to lose her ride. Her cell phone died on her, battery ran out and the recharger was in the car. So she spends a little while trying to find a phone or a taxi before she finally finds a phone. Finally standing before the address he gave her she drops her luggage and rushes for the door. At which point of course he gives her a wonderfully romantic dinner, after a frantic boat of sex. After dinner they trail their remaining clothes to his bedroom where they engage in a slower loving sex.

Would work as any of the other variations of two lovers. I'm just partial to her going through all that to reach him. I'm weird yes I know.

A valentines anniversary accidental swap...

must be a slow day for creativity, as I'm essentially riffing on my earlier mistaken identity post, but with a few twists:

Two couples. Both got married on Valentines day. Both go to a resort (where the each spent their honeymoons) to celebrate.

Hubby one has to work late, so his wife arrives first. Hubby two is delayed because their babsitter was late. So his wife checks in early.

When the two hubbies arrive ( do they have same/similar last names? are they brothers?), the desk clerk accidentally gives each the key to the other's room.

They enter the wrong room.....

Someone will take this idea and finish in the money.

A newly wed couple moves into a new home in the spring. The price they paid was too good to be true.

Strange sexual things happen and they are convinced the house is haunted. Pornographic references keep on popping up.

The ghosts come alive for a wild orgy on Valentines day.

I would have one of the couple vanish into some erotic painting and the other one goes crazy at the end. Many endings would suffice.

It ends with a new couple showing the forclosed property.
