Consider this like a vanilla "how often do you have sex" poll? No one can sustain a 24/7 scene even if they live the lifestyle 24/7. Even that pushes toward very difficult.

Include all scenes. Even short scenes, like a spanking before bedtime. Mostly interested in people who ae steady with their PLY/ply, though not particular on how many you may have. :)

Do not include, vanilla sex. Do not just say any time you want to. Most take more time than just putting out the oil and grabbing the flogger of choice. This is work. Like really planned sex. Though not always involving sex.

normally about once a week to two weeks.

Over the course of the last 10 months, I've been really sick to pretty sick and the number dropped way way way down. I count a spontaneous hairbrush spanking a major scene and I'd say I've only done it three times in this span of time.

My brain finally is thinking deviouisly again.

I haven't been well this summer. Sub would love a nightly spanking, but we haven't been making it to bed together or at an hour when we have playtime available. I voted 2-3 times a monthly. I go monthly for 2-3 months then weekly for 4-6 weeks.
 
Our playtime varies but on average is as few times a week to every couple of weeks. Though when we're not doing big scenes we still do minor teasing and playing in our day to day life.

I don't know if I could handle a set schedule. Not that I could ever be on one with poor subs work schedule. Barely gets days off (on days we want) to attend munches once a month.

It gives us something to look forward to, and the kids(grown) know to make themselves scarce. It works for us!
 
It's so nice to find something that works.

Right now a decent hour for bedtime would work. 4am doesn't count.

I find BDSM scenes are like when I was a kid playing Barbie. Spend all the time laying out the fun stuff, dressing up just right, picking the perfect accessories... and by the time I am done, I don't wanna play anymore. Interest gone.

For most scenes I do. It just takes some of the surprise out of it. It's bad enough I cannot over-power him to tie him up, he really has to cooperate or it just won't work. But somehow the spontaneity is lacking when I come into the bedroom to find he's cuffed up himself.
 
LOL, well I have been told :eek: we have more than I often acknowledge and I have to agree now I have been forced this week to contemplate it deeply. Being 24/7 means lots of spontaneous moments as opposed to few planned sessions...and even those are not overworked with planning and preparing partly because I have now set our toys and preparations/repairs up so most are accessible and ready at our fingertips...and there are various things we use for pain throughout the house so it can happen anywhere anytime. Failing toys being at hand, he more often than not relies on his hands and teeth anyway, and they go with us everywhere. :D

That (and not having kids or anyone else around) is the only way I can imagine someone doing omething daily. I cannot wait til I can safely set out all the equipment. Right now I cannot even reach it all. I am too short. :) Keep often used stuff available, but most is in a tacklebox in the top of my closet.
