Neurological implant that would allow user to feel the physical sensations of others, (taken from Black Mirror - "Black Museum").

One person has an implant that allows him (or her) to feel what someone else is experiencing.

In the show, the other person had to wear a skull cap of transmitters- in your story, maybe not?

But to feel exactly what the other person is feeling during sex? Priceless.
 
I like your idea. Would you want it as bf/gf or hubby/wife. Maybe a way to let your crush know you like them. You drug them an implant it in them...

I would love to talk to you more about this idea :)
 
You'll need super-science for a telepathic-empathic implant where the implanted person reads and feels others. Much simpler to invent a pill-like tiny device, easily swallowed unnoticed, that attaches to internal nerves and links the recipients. A generic Mad Scientist slips these into bags of hard candies or whatever for general distribution. A gang of friends gobbles these at a fair or whatever and soon are aware of all their emotions and kinks. Hilarity ensues.

TT, I always thought this would be fantastic in medical applications.

Imagine going to the doctor and instead of telling him/her "I have this weird sensation", they could actually experience that feeling. I think that would greatly help them to diagnose your problem.

I like the idea of the tiny pill. Like Viagra or something. For a period of time you can feel your lover's emotions or physical feelings.

That could be really cool or turn it into something really dark. Like finding out your wife loves someone else or she's plotting to kill you.

I'm going to stash that one for the future.

Aren’t there some linked sex toys that do this sort of thing or am I thinking of this the wrong way?
 
How about if there's a mixup, and one person experiences the sensations of a whole bunch of other people at the same time... both male and female. Maybe experience the mutual climax of some random couple?

An old SciFi trope features a telepath unable to control who they hear. They go nutz, overwhelmed by the cacophony of unfiltered brain noise. Let's make them a general empath, receiving feelings of those within range: horniness, rage, despair, elation, orgasm. Do they move in next door to a brothel?
 
It wouldn't have to be an implant, though it certainly could. It could also be someone's mutant mental power, starting up at random. It could be that it links them with another person, or links up to just about anyone touched, etc. It could be any manner of controllable, too. (Always on, comes on at random, starts with touch, starts with arousal, starts when desired, etc...)

I've had a story idea about a young college emo-chick who discovers she has mental powers, including the ability to experience the orgasms in others and, at first, she uses those powers on one guy on campus to mentally force him to engage in sexual encounters for her to vicariously experience through him.

i loved rhe firstone where the best friends would go into the game and wind up fuckng eachother. ticked a bunch of fantasy triggers for me hit the emergent bisexual one hard and wound up getting my horny ass into some veryhot cum recieving positions at least in my nawty mind.
 
It could be a two-way communication: First, someone tunes the gear in on the target person, then the receiver takes their pill or whatever to be able to pick up everything from the target, but maybe the act of tuning gear and starting this up sets up a kind of feedback they did not see in the lab, and suddenly a lot of nearby and a few far away people, none of whom have any clue what is happening, start picking up on thoughts and emotions and feelings that are not their own. It could be very chaotic, as people who have no training in any sort of psi warfare are left to sort which thoughts/feelings/etc are theirs and which are coming from someone else, in realtime.
