If you would bother to actually read the book, you would see that it explores many different pizza styles found all around Chicago and its environs. Rather than be a paean to just one style in particular, it delves into the wide array of wonderful options available in our fair city, giving recommendations on top pizzerias for any kind of pizza your heart (or stomach) desires.
But I guess you wouldn't know that. Because you haven't read it.
