It has been....I saw a video about this and its going to piss me off because I can't remember where.

Most likely You tube. I know what you meant, I was pointing out its not an original idea, people have thought of it.

What age thing? Just change their ages to 18. Don't have to re-tell the whole movie, just recap the first 90 minutes in a few short paragraphs.

Marty was 17 in the original 1985 timeline and she was 30 years older and graduated 30 years before him so they were the same age and grade in 1955. That's why I'm saying you'd have to change their ages to 18.

And Lit doesn't allow that in situations of real celebs who are under age or when a character in a known storyline is a minor. You "can't age them up".

One example, no matter how old the Olsen twins become in life if "Michelle Tanner" was never an adult in any episode "she" can never be on Lit in a story.

BTW, you're confusing your characters. Michelle Tanner was on Full House. Biff Tannen was in the Back to the Future trilogy.

I'm not confusing anything. My exalple had shit to do with Back to the Future. It was just an example that came to me because back in the day we had a lot of pedos wanting stories of "Michelle".

Yeah it ends on the same day it starts. He never ages. Unless you count part 2 where his girlfriend visits her and Marty's 47 year old selves and future kids, and his parents come over but they were by 77 then.

Back to the Future raises all sorts of interesting issues. In all fairness you could probably squeeze a Back to the Future story past the censors. It's true you can't age characters up but if a character could plausibly be eighteen usually the censors let it slide. His mother is almost definitely 18, or at least could be. I didn't know Marty was 17 to be honest.
 
I began a version of this parody about two years ago. Age issues are easy to solve simply by making Marty and his mom (and Jenifer of course) 18. I just won't call it a parody and change the title slightly like "Back-up to the Future". I did this with Dorothy in a story call 'Oz". Think I will go back and finish and then publish. Here are excerpts from what I have so far. Appreciate any feedback.

Excerpt 1

Marty took a shortcut back to his house. He cut through several yards and came in through the back door. From the kitchen window he could see his dad out front washing Biff’s car and shook his head. He didn’t know why his dad let Biff abuse him like that. Marty headed back towards his room. He was vaguely aware of noises coming from his parent’s bedroom.

Futurama did an episode with this idea. Fry has to go back in time to save his grandfather so he won't be retconned out of existence. And it occurs to me that this story works a lot better if Laura is the main character. The awkward weirdly dressed kid using futuristic slang who inspires a maternal instinct in her would just be one more hit and run joke along the way.
