She catered for many high up figures. She always made the best food so everyone wanted her. She was a popular chef. She was catering for a very successful business man who was trying to get other successful business people to get support for a business deal. Good food always makes people listen more. She was in his kitchen making food. For starter it was a Butter and garlic prawns, the main a Creamy pesto chicken pasta and the desert Crème Brulee. She had her hair tied up in a ponytail.
She began making the Creamy pesto chicken pasta first. She placed the basil, garlic, Parmigiano Reggiano, pine nuts and tomato in a food processor then slowly added olive oil, while pulsing, until mixture is smooth and creamy. She poured the cream into a pan and stirred it over simmered water. Once the mixture lightly coated the back of a spoon she removed it and poured it into a dish. She baked it and then in small bowl combined white and brown sugar. She sieved it over custard and place it under the broiler until the sugar melted. She set the custard.
