Try using Jalapeno oil and only in small quantities. Taste the batter and augment as you wish. Chiles work very nicely with chocolate. A chile infused hot cocoa is heavenly on a cold winter night.

And it's not even that bad for you either. Unless you use the demon white rice that is. Now if I'd had enough of the Jasmine rice that would have been great.
