Shibari/RopeWork Appreciation

I have done some shibari modelling, great phone! I also do ropework on myself and want to practise it more on others but, early days yet. Link.

After receiving an introduction to rope work last weekend, I'm enjoying this thread even more, as I'm now able to appreciate some of the subtleties involved in selection of rope, looping styles, choice of knot and so on. Oh... and also the time that it takes to make these constructions. :)

It is more fun (I personally find) improvising rope from scratch. But that is just me personally.
