He was, but before that he was appointed as an Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals by President George H. W. Bush and to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia by President Ronald Reagan.

Recusing himself for his completely prejudiced, totally unsubstantiated vilification of Flynn today would prove he's at least honorable enough to admit his unacceptable judicial behavior today and go forward from it.

Not only has it NOT been two years, but this is an ONGOING INVESTIGATION.

Thirdly... the uranium story has been disproven many times.. and as I've said before, with all the investigations of Hilary by the gop, either she isn't guilty of anything and/or the gop are the biggest idiots on the planet.
