Wouldn't it be moot at this point, Mueller's office having been dissolved? It might be classified as part of a counterintelligence investigation which isn't criminal. Mueller's original investigation was a counterintelligence investigation. I think Rosenstein wrote this memo in order to conform to DOJ regs requiring a Special Counsel to pursue specific criminal charges which didn't exist in the original memo, no?

The prosecutor in the case needs to be sanctioned by the court, prosecuted by the DOJ for prosecutorial misconduct in suppressing evidence, and sued for malicious prosecution by Flynn.

I do find it interesting that the released Mueller report doesn't mention anything in regards to the still redacted part of the memo. 7 (?) partial sentence redactions and 1 complete sentence redaction sprinkled throughout the Mueller report would seem a rather sparse response to an itemized subject which is still redacted in the classified scope memo.

Did Mueller not investigate that part of his mandate? If not, why not? If so, where is the result and conclusion, even if still classified and redacted? It is the total absence of findings on this matter which is glaring here.

Then I read that Ed Henry just broke a story that acting Director of National Intelligence, Richard Grenell, was delivering a satchel of new transcripts to the DOJ. So, hopefully it will be included in this bunch. This is the transcript Schiff has refused to release to the public, ostensibly because it may incriminate him.

You may have something there, John Huber was tasked with looking into the Clinton email fiasco, and his investigation may have been incorporated into Durham's or it still may be alive.
