Looking for editor - Transsexual/Crossdresser

My story is about a transgender woman who, in a money crunch, decides to get paid for services. It includes oral/anal, bondage and golden showers. I will have done spell check and run it through Grammerly so hopefully most of the little things will be taken care of. What I would really like is how the story flows, does it make sense? Any suggestions on how to improve the story line?
It is currently 5000 words, 10 MS Word pages. I'm still tweaking it a little but that should be around the final size.
