Editor's guidance wanted (Inc., oral)

I have written a story about a young woman who gets a job where she is obliged by circumstances to give her father a blowjob.

It's 5500 words and I have already checked for basic errors using Grammarly. Now I need real guidance from an editor on how to improve my story and how I can improve as a writer. I believe I have a reasonable appetite for strong critiques.
