Sew much four spell chequers!
Not really the same, but it may help some of you (it helped me a lot).
There is this one website babylon.com. There you can download a small program and install it on your computer. Then you mark a word and it translates it to you to a specific language. And also, it gives you an alternative word.
So, let's say I want to write "tree", but I am not sure if it is written "tree" or "three" or "tre". So either, I write "tree" (because I believe it is written like that) and see what it means (plant with wood stem from which branches grow at some height above the ground ...) or I write the german word (Baum = arbor, tree, plant with wooden stem ....)
This is much better then a spell check, when it comes to just one word ....
