Iran didnt sign the JCPOA.....imagine going into a deal with someone and agreeing to it and the other side nt only DIDNT sign but is NOT bound by it

Weird—I actually read the entire 42-page intel assessment report submitted by DNI Coats, and that report explicitly cites illegal immigration from Latin America, specifically mentioning “caravans” by name, as a national security threat.
