Most of them seem to be connected to my internet provider somehow. If they'd fuckin post the results in English, I'd have a better idea I suppose.

thats common, and IP provider will ping your computer to see if you are using the IP address still.

Filetransfers between messenger clients such as AIM or ICQ will show up in your log, as will communications between the firewall itself and Zonelabs.

Mediaplayer will show up if you access a website and try to play something from another computer, as will winamp.

If the destination DNS is your own computer, or zonelabs (which likely covers most of the entries in your log) you shouldn't worry.
