A friend shared this link with me on FB and I thought I would post it here.
I know it's a self-confidence thing for most women...their noses are too big or too small, their breasts are too big or too small, their butts are too big or too small, they have brown eyes and wanted to have blue eyes, they want to be a redhead or blonde....
This is a great illustration of how women see themselves and reminds me of the great poem Ode to a Louse by Robert Burns.

Love your poster of George Takei. He became a soulmate when he told "Captain Kirk" what he thought of him during the original run of Star Trek. Shatner of course looked surprised and said words to the effect of "Gee. I didn't know you thought that way." And our man GT responded, to the effect, "We all thought you were a self centered, egoistical jerk who was out only for himself." Got to love the man after that!

George is a facebook sensation.![]()
George I am all with you....as long as we allow free speech in this country. Free speech is under attack in this country. The RIGHT to dissent with popular opinion should not be called hate speech George. Some in this country believe it is only THEIR right to have free speech, and not others who views fall in the minority. So when you speak of hate....speak of the hatred displayed on both sides of popular arguments. Thoughtful conversation and listening to every point of view serves us best in the long run.
I believe he did. I don't think he mentioned anything about speech at all. I believe you can not like the others' argument and still not hate. I have that conversation every day (or so) with my ultra-conservative boss and friends, as well as those who are ultra-liberal. I agree to disagree with them on many of their views.
Those who say beauty is only skin deep seem to have missed the point!
