Good evening ladies and gentlemen of the AH.
I am the Director of Omega Corps, an elite group of espionage agents. I am providing this "game" as entertainment, though recruitment into our number is not impossible based on your performance.
The Game: to begin, send a pm to this account. You will be given a code name and your first mission. Note that the earlier you join, the better your code name. I may discover this is more work than I first estimated and will start assigning code names out of my pantry. So unless you want to be Codename: Cap'n Crunch respond quickly.
The Missions: You will be given a writing prompt. A mission that you will need to debrief after. An example would be "Istanbul. Dr. Vera Gudhed has developed a perpetual motion free energy device. You must infiltrate her lab, steal the plans and destroy the device." You have 48 hours from the time of the mission pm'ed back to you to write your debriefing. After you post, pm here again for your next mission. You keep the same codename.
The Catch: Don't post as you. Hide your identity. Create an alt, have a friend post for you, have a friend create an alt. The most important aspect is hide your identity.
The Counter-Mission:Those who sign up can "eliminate" competing agents by sending a pm revealing the code name and true identity i.e. "Belegon is Codename: Jellyfish". SHould you correctly identify a secret agent, I must write their obituary here on this thread, outlining the horrible terrible grotesque end of their glorious career.
The Goal: For each mission completed (posted) the agent recieves 2 points. For correctly "eliminating" another agent, 3 points. On March 15th, I will be de-commissioned as Director of Omega Corps, and the agent with the most points will be appointed Director and will get the password to this account. Whether the game continues after that depends on the new director.
The Disclaimer: I am in reality, one of the more devious, twisted and bizarre minds on this forum. Your missions will run the gamut from the unusual to the outright mind numbing. Writing your debriefings will be a challenge to your authorial skills.
Your mission, if you choose to accept, awaits you.
