Do you have something you say when life sucks or you are struggling? Like the little engine that said "I think I can, I think I can?"

I use to think of this after I saw What about Bob and saying "I'm sailing" would make me smile.

I also use to like Stuart Smalley on SNL and would say this to myself to smile.

What do you say? I need new ideas!

I don't really have a mantra, I just pray and ask for strength and courage.

These are suppose to be the top ten. I'm sure of it because I googled and it said so.

I am thankful for what I have, even if it’s not perfect.

My word of the day is____________ and I will keep it with me.

My sphere surrounds me and no negative shall come in, but my positive energy can flow out and touch many.

I will watch my words.

I will smile and impact someone’s day positively.

My breaths will be deep and my heart will be open.

There are blessings hidden everywhere; I will find them.

I will remember that the only shoes I wear are my own.

My curses will become blessings.

I’ll release the things out of my control.

(I have a sphere?)

there's a funny mantra that bad construction contractors like to use that always made me laugh:

"can't see it from my house"

Excellent performance is standard.
Standard performance is substandard.
Substandard performance will not be tolerated...

That would be my Mantra....

When I get down I just get back up....

There are some days when I'm driving that I turn off the radio and chant "om" a few times - it helps with focus and if I'm stressed. I try to keep the windows up though, so it's not assumed I'm a complete lunatic.

When I'm being lazy like a blob of lump on the couch, I motivate myself by saying,

"I am the wind"
