Make your favorite homemade Mac and Cheese recipe.
Use this recipe to flavor the meat (with the apple and raisins).

Don’t bother with the soaked bread and eggs part because you’re using the Mac and Cheese. Just follow the spice and fruit additions.
Mix the spiced, fruited meat into the Mac and Cheese and bake.

5.5oz grass fed Australian Beef patty; Cajun seasoned and grilled to perfection with sizzling beef philly meat with grilled onions, A-1, Worcestershire sauce and cheddar cheese. Topped off with an over easy egg and fresh tomatoes.

Speaking of hot sauce, what brand does one turn to when one turns to a hot sauce brand? For me? Fucking Tapitio all day! Is that a regional thing? Guess I've never researched other markets for hot sauce.

Love Frank's, I still have to go with Tapitio on eggs, or shoes. However, no traditional wing sauce should be made with nothing other than Frank's. Frank's is also a good compliment to shit beer.

I'm not a fan of things on eggs, except Lenten Friday Italian egg sandwiches.

I've learned to have sauces on the side when I get wings. You tend to get more of it. :D

Rice - plain, dirty, and beans (I used pintos, HATE reds) - I shake in McIlhenny's

You can get heat without sauce. A local establishment makes dry spiced Cajun wings that bring the perfect amount of perspiration to one's forehead. Damn tasty.

Tapitio is on the tables at my go-to taco joint. I usually don't need it because I like the sauces at their salsa bar.
