I have just learned about the Italian American custom of The Feast of Seven Fishes for Christmas Eve dinner.

It sounds absolutely decadently wonderful considering that the fish is supposed to be for the Advent fast which is only broken on Christmas Day.

I was thinking that I might invite some friends over for Christmas Eve and do something similar.

Homemade quesadillas tonight for dinner. And I was a pig and ate every last bite. And I'd do it again. Well if I wasn't full. But ya know... :D

Asian BBQ country style ribs, with califower, asparagus, curry risotto. This was my first shot at using rice califlower instead of rice, and it worked out rather well.

It took me a bit to realize that it was the plate that had the webbing and it wasn't some kind of sauce. I was getting ready to give you credit for your straight lines. :D Yeah yeah it's been a long day.

Also known as undecorated thousand island dressing. But still... ewwww.

Turkey Chili, red sauce and a 14lb brisket...not shown Taco Egg Rolls.

I used to eat a lot of tilapia before I figured out that it doesn't actually contain any Omega threes. It's still healthier than a lot of my other choices so I bought 4 pounds of it individually flash frozen a while ago.

I found that putting one of those individually sealed packets in the plants soak water is perfect for defrosting it relatively quickly but gently so I don't have that microwave burn.

I pan-seared it in olive oil with finally slivered garlic. Once it was well under way I squeezed a half a lime over each side. I've got one of those irritating flat top ranges and a warped ceramic pan so I didn't bother trying to reduce that down to make a glaze to put on my fish.

You might as well skip the middle-man and eat sewage directly from a chinese ass hole.

I've had Asian ass before, I learned to use chopsticks at a fairly young age so I was able to dive right in.

Trash fish tastes good. Catfish don't have an organic vegan diet. . .
