4 ounces lard or butter, plus more for brushing tops
1 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
750 grams all-purpose flour, about 6 cups, more as needed

I got the dough recipe online but can't remember the site!
I use 3 oz of lard and 1 oz of butter.

Quite a bit of that will be breakfast and lunch.

momma taught me how to grill.

My mouth screams perfection as well. There's also some amazing blackberry cobbler, I didn't make, later for dessert.

Neci, I can appreciate how well you seasoned the meat beforehand, it looked delish after!

I've bought for the first time a what the hell Costco roasted chicken a couple of days ago.

That was amazingly good.

That's some fine looking meat.

i love fine meat. you've got yourself a nice bird there, if i do say so myself.

thank you! it was such a beautiful cut, and could have gone on the fire straight up, but the seasonings made it.

Organic, free range, no soy or corn, and local. Too damn spendy for chicken, but it was good tasting.

Yum! I picked up a pork butt today to make that tomorrow. It's all in the juice, I can drink that stuff. Also, picked up ingredients to make a roasted habanero salsa I'm trying to replicate from a restaurant that I sampled. I'm just winging it with that one though. :-/

Will there be some crunchy tips on the pork bits?
