It'll be just a few more hours.Venison stew is a success! Made with parsnip, rutabaga, carrot, onion, and baby Bellas. Served over mashed russets.
The same veggies as in my soup.

I just used what I had.
I only had the carrots. I went to the store for the additional root veggies.
