Maybe too long in the food processor? More peppers and garlic. More cumin in the chicken. Love cumin, but why does it smell like dirty socks?

Your dirty socks smell like cumin? :confused: Mine smell like corn chips and teeth.

It does have a funny smell though.

Yea, more chunky less puree next time, maybe some more of it too.

Base flavor is a good foundation though, so I'm happy with it. I'll be eating it happily for a few days.

Well, not mine, but dirty male socks. Yes they also have that corn chippy smell too. Like chili cheese Fritos. But teeth? What does teeth smell like? :D I'm seriously laughing out loud.

It's that harsher smell on top of the corn chip stank.

I've smelled some stanky girl feet, but mine don't quite even make it to plain Fritos. :D

Teeth. Hahahahaaaa gotta remember that one. "It smells like teeth in here"

I always think of sweaty crotch when I smell cumin.

Also, for amped up cumin??? Buy the whole seeds and toast them yourself. Not really that big of a hassle, 10 to 15 seconds in a hot, dry skillet and a whir in a coffee grinder. It's worth it. Plus it doesn't smell like a pair of sweaty balls. Unless you're into that kinda thing.

Hahaha this made me laugh more than I should. Here, this should make you hungry. My Litster friend inspired me to make Pork Marsala. It came out pretty tasty.
