I grew up on a farm in Nebraska and never heard of cheese curds.

I did the milking and separating the cream from the skim milk. The cream and eggs
bought the groceries that we did not raise ourselves.

We had plenty of milk and drank quite a bit of it after it had soured naturally. The cats and the pigs enjoyed the leftovers.
 
I have family ties to Quebec. I know how cheese curds can be used.
Deep fry those puppies and watch adults act like kids.
Put them on fries with gravy and watch it disappear quickly!

One word: Poutine. It is everywhere here.
 
Fry bread carnitas tacos. Yum in my tummy!

I still have a stash of Jutt's fried chicken seasoning. That shit was bomb.
